J. Gilbert’s Wood-Fired Steak & Seafood’s Executive Chef, Jimmy Masters, has prepared a delicious steak and lobster dinner for diners and their special someone. The menu consists of fan favorites including 8 oz. center-cut filet mignon Oscar style, a 6 oz. center-cut filet and 8 oz. lobster tail or a 1 lb. Canadian cold-water lobster tail. Guests may choose one of these items complemented by 2 seasonal sides of their choice for $65.00.
And of course, what’s Valentine’s Day dinner without wine and dessert? J. Gilbert’s collection of wine allows for the perfect glass of white, red or bubbly to be pair with any desired entree. To end the evening, guests may choose from a wide selection of dessert wines and ports, specialty coffees, or homemade desserts.
Guests can reserve their spot for a Valentine’s Day date online. J. Gilbert’s will have extended hours on Valentine’s Day as they will be open from 3 to 10 p.m. Dining specials will be offered on Valentine’s Day through the weekend.
