Sip & Learn: Wine + Charcuterie! Charcuterie boards are all the rage right now, so the natural question is "what wines go with charcuterie?" This Sip & Learn will dive into the perfect Summer wines that pair well with charcuterie, the grill, or just poolside!
You will have an opportunity to try 8 different wines and grape varietals that are perfectly paired with a small charcuterie plate, provided by one of our local business partners, Grapes + Gouda. Grapes + Gouda is a woman-owned, family business that makes amazing charcuterie boards and tables for any size party or event.
We'll be tasting some great Summer wine styles and pairing them with the meats and cheeses from the charcuterie plate. Here is what you will be trying:
