Seven nights a week you can find 801 Chophouse's wait staff moving across wooden floors beneath dramatically-lit coiffured ceilings in St. Louis' high end suburb of Clayton. In this 1920's inspired steakhouse filled with leather booths and cherry wood furnishings, trays will be loaded with aged USDA Prime beef ONLY, nine creative potato preparations, dry-aged Iowa Duroc pork chops, and Colorado lamb.
