Facilitated by a mental health sister duo, Katey Hancock, MA, LMHP, LADC is a Substance Abuse/Mental Health Therapist and Lucy Hancock, MA, is an Emotional Wellness Coach and Founder of Inward Inquiry, LLC. This workshop is for individuals or couples.
Saturday, May 7, 10-11am: Week 1 focuses on self reflection and understanding how your childhood upbringing impacts you today as an adult.
Saturday, May 14, 10-11am: Week 2 we discuss codependency, power dynamics, and healthy ways to regulate our emotions.
Saturday, May 21, 10-11am: Week 3 we discuss conflict styles and reframing conflict as a restorative invitation into connection.
Saturday, May 28, 10-11am: Week 4 we navigate hard conversations and explore methods for nurturing your relationship to your self AND your family.
