1904 Brown Ale paired browned butter cookie with Azelia hazelnut chocolate, ground espresso with a touch of homemade toffee
Cherry Cider paired with shortbread with toasted coconut in the dough, 1/2 dipped in double fermented Kidavoa with crushed banana chips. Think Banana Split!
Raspberry Devils Gap paired with traditional butter thumbprint cookie with Swiss raspberry marmalade and yuzu chocolate drizzle
