New Year’s Eve Cocktail Dinner
Friday, December 31, 2021
A 4-course culinary collaboration with Benton Alexander of Sideshow Spirits and Kevin Shinn of The Portico Experience.
Our New Years Eve Dinner will include 4 Courses of Culinary Delights from Chef Kevin Shinn and a Paired Cocktail from Sideshow Spirit's Own Benton Alexander. Whiskey Expert Kip Givens will be showcasing and sampling Bourbon and Spirits from Sideshow Spirits (Lincoln's First Ever Legal Distillery)
We will end the Evening with Tours of the Distillery and bring in the New Year together with pours of something bubbly! Dinner will be from 8p-10:30p. The Tours, Toast Cocktail Hour are optional.
$100 Per Person (Sold in Tables of 2 or 4) Includes the following: 1 Cocktail During Cocktail Hour, A Bread Course , An App Course, A Vegetable Course, A Dinner Course & A Dessert Course with a Custom Cocktail Taster to Compliment each Course and a some bubbles to bring in the New Year!

First Course Amuse Bouche-Blue Cheese Profiterole + Spicy Microgreens + chive + truffle oil
Vegetable Course-Roasted Winter Root Vegetable + Quinoa + Feta Cheese + Maple Syrup
Main Course-Sous Vide Beef Short Rib + Blue Corn polenta + marinated kale + roasted tomato + Szechuan peppercorn + scallion
Dessert Course- Flambe’ Apples+ Sideshow Spirits Apple Brandy + Irish Cream + granola + cinnamon + nutmeg
